Hi, I'm Chad Sutton, a seasoned CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional (CFP®) with over fifteen years of expertise in retirement planning. My journey began at Eastern Illinois University, where I earned my Finance degree, igniting my passion for financial empowerment. 

With a commitment to client-centric values, I obtained the designation of an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, ensuring that every recommendation I make is in the best interest of those I serve. From my humble beginnings as a solo advisor, my practice has flourished into a dedicated team of six professionals, all driven by a singular goal: our clients' financial well-being. 

Beyond the office, I find solace in nature, whether hiking the rugged trails of Misery Ridge in Oregon or pounding the pavement in marathons around the globe, including five of the six prestigious World Marathon Majors (with Tokyo eagerly awaiting!). My dedication to community extends beyond finance, as I proudly serve on the Taylorville Hospital Foundation and Visionway School Board of Directors, while also coaching at Taylorville Junior High Cross Country and High School Distance Track. 

But amidst the hustle, I cherish moments of exploration and relaxation with my wife, Heather, and daughter, Claire. Together, we embark on adventures near and far, cherishing every moment of shared discovery and growth.

Hello, I'm Kristen, and I have been part of the Endurance Capital team since April 2017. With over 13 years of banking experience, I started as an Administrative Assistant, and expanded my role in 2018 by obtaining my FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, further enhancing my role within the firm. In May 2023, I earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional^TM certification. 

I am passionate about delving into financial plans to assist our clients in achieving their goals.  

My husband and I reside in the Teutopolis area with our four children. During my free time, I cherish moments with my family, attending Cardinals baseball games, and taking short trips to nearby State Parks. These activities bring balance and joy to my life outside of my professional endeavors. 

Hello, I’m Lisa, and I've been with Endurance Capital since 2015, serving as an Administrative Assistant. Graduating from Pana High School in 1980, I later completed my education at the School for Community Bankers in 1989. With over 25 years in banking, I've always enjoyed serving clients directly, ensuring they receive exceptional service. My commitment to consistency and care is a valuable asset to both our team and our clients. 

Beyond work, I find joy in tending to my yard and staying active at the “EPOC Experience” gym. I dedicate time to volunteering with Pana Pride, a group focused on revitalizing Pana, IL. 

My husband, Ken “Moose,” and I are proud parents of Morgan and Drew, who, along with their spouses, have blessed our family with four wonderful grandchildren. 

Hello, my name is Chris. I joined Endurance Capital in August 2024 as an intern and now serve as a Service Associate, supporting our mission to deliver an exceptional, referable client experience. I’m a recent graduate of the University of Colorado, where I competed in collegiate track and field — an experience that sharpened my discipline, resilience, and strategic mindset.

My journey into finance began through athletics, where I learned how long-term planning, patience, and performance are deeply connected. That same mindset drives how I support both clients and team members — with precision, consistency, and care. At Endurance Capital, I bring energy and a fresh perspective to enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and helping our advisors deliver an exceptional client experience.

Outside of work, I train with a professional running team in Boulder, which keeps me focused and competitive. When I get the chance, I enjoy fishing and spending time outdoors. I also love hanging out with my dog, Bella, who’s always up for an adventure or a lazy afternoon.

Hi my name is Katie, and I joined Endurance Capital as a Service Specialist in March of 2025, bringing with me a strong background in client connection and years of experience as an executive assistant. My goal is always to create meaningful, lasting relationships by understanding and anticipating client needs.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, where I cultivated communication skills that continue to shape my professional journey.

I am an outdoor enthusiast who loves exploring nature and riding bikes, I find joy in adventure and quality time with my children. I embrace lifelong learning and cherish every moment spent making memories with family.

Hello, I am Lacy Ford and I recently joined Endurance Capital in June of 2025 as a Service Specialist. With over 14 years of experience in education, I am passionate about lifelong learning, building strong bonds, and being adaptable in all situations.

I value education and hold two degrees, a bachelor’s and master’s, respectively. These, along with my career experiences, have provided me with a solid foundation and skill set to adapt to this new work environment. At Endurance Capital I can continuously learn and grow, address customer needs, and maintain the already high-quality customer relations established here.

When not in the office, we enjoy dedicated family and friend activities including cookouts, boating, running, swimming, and game nights. Making time for fellowship ranks high on our family’s priority list. To satisfy my creative side, you can find me refinishing furniture, reading a good book, or completing arts and crafts with our three daughters. We attend Passion Community Church where I serve on the prayer and card committees.

Hi, I'm Heather, and I'm thrilled to be part of the team at Endurance Capital as the Human Resources Coordinator. My journey here began back in September 2017 when I joined this incredible company, eager to make a difference. 

Before my time at Endurance Capital, I obtained a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Eastern Illinois University. My career initially took shape in the education sector, where I spent many fulfilling years supporting students in school settings. I made the pivotal decision to join my husband Chad in a new venture at Endurance Capital, where we both share the goal of helping people in meaningful ways. 

Outside of work, I find immense joy in various interests. Family is everything to me, and I cherish every moment spent with my loved ones. As a runner, I love embracing the outdoors to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, I'm involved in volunteer work within my community, as giving back has always been a core value of mine. Traveling is another passion I have, allowing me to immerse myself in new cultures and create lasting memories with my family.

I'm Katie, and I am excited to be a part of the Endurance Capital team as the Marketing Coordinator.  I joined Endurance Capital in February of 2024, bringing a wealth of visual design and branding knowledge. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts Graphic Design from Eastern Illinois University, where I developed a strong foundation in design principles and creative communication.  

My focus lies in developing cohesive brand experiences that clients trust and remember. I excel in crafting visually compelling materials to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients. From designing campaigns and managing content to shaping our visual identity and digital presence, I help ensure our brand speaks with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my husband and son. I enjoy reading a good book and exploring nature. I also stay inspired through creative pursuits such as drawing, painting and photography.
