Hello, I am Lacy Ford and I recently joined Endurance Capital in June of 2025 as a Service Specialist. With over 14 years of experience in education, I am passionate about lifelong learning, building strong bonds, and being adaptable in all situations.
I value education and hold two degrees, a bachelor’s and master’s, respectively. These, along with my career experiences, have provided me with a solid foundation and skill set to adapt to this new work environment. At Endurance Capital I can continuously learn and grow, address customer needs, and maintain the already high-quality customer relations established here.
When not in the office, we enjoy dedicated family and friend activities including cookouts, boating, running, swimming, and game nights. Making time for fellowship ranks high on our family’s priority list. To satisfy my creative side, you can find me refinishing furniture, reading a good book, or completing arts and crafts with our three daughters. We attend Passion Community Church where I serve on the prayer and card committees.
It is my pleasure to be joining the team and I look forward to being an additional dedicated servant alongside the quality staff of Endurance Capital.
