Heather Sutton

Hi, I'm Heather, and I'm thrilled to be part of the team at Endurance Capital as the Human Resources Coordinator. My journey here began back in September 2017 when I joined this incredible company, eager to make a difference. 

Before my time at Endurance Capital, I obtained a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Eastern Illinois University. My career initially took shape in the education sector, where I spent many fulfilling years supporting students in school settings. I made the pivotal decision to join my husband Chad in a new venture at Endurance Capital, where we both share the goal of helping people in meaningful ways. 

Outside of work, I find immense joy in various interests. Family is everything to me, and I cherish every moment spent with my loved ones. As a runner, I love embracing the outdoors to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, I'm involved in volunteer work within my community, as giving back has always been a core value of mine. Traveling is another passion I have, allowing me to immerse myself in new cultures and create lasting memories with my family.
